Terry Miller is an almost 40 year Seattle Residential Broker with Coldwell Banker Bain—and

since 1987. Terry has been involved in SKCR leadership, the WA ASSN of Realtor leadership

and Terry was a 24 year NAR director. She has been on 3 WA Realtor Agency PAGS, a 3

county Burn Ban task force for SKCR, she represented SKCR at a HALA committee for ADUs

in 2018, and Terry was on along ago Dept of Licensing Real Estate Code committee. Terry

received the SKCR Lifetime Achievement award in 2021 and the winner of their Good

Neighbor Award in 2023. Terry is most proud of her service to the SEA non-profit,

HomeSight—she has been a Board member since 2006 and is the current president of the

Board. HomeSight builds affordable housing, lends, helps lower/middle income Buyers

achieve homeownership, build generational wealth and is part of the affordable housing

solution. HomeSight is also involved in community development. HomeSight does good
